Catherine Kipp, APRN
Catherine Kipp, APRN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who has a passion for helping her patients correct hormonal balances, lose weight, eat nutritiously, and manage their heart health at Integrative Health Group in Orem, Utah.
She completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1992 from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and she went on to graduate with a specialty in family practice medicine from the University of Nevada, Orvis School of Nursing, in Reno, Nevada.
Ms. Kipp has a very keen interest in hormone therapy. This interest was sparked when she worked with fertility specialists in Nevada after graduating from nursing school. With more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Kipp helps her patients target the causes of their hormonal imbalances and related health problems and provides effective treatment.
She stays up to date with the latest medical discoveries through ongoing educational opportunities, and she recently gained a fellowship in metabolic, anti-aging, and functional medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging.
Ms. Kipp understands that every patient needs customized treatment for effective results. Furthermore, she doesn’t just treat the symptoms, she targets the causes. Getting you healthy again is her top priority.
When she’s not helping her patients, Mrs. Kipp likes to read, go to the movies with her husband, hike with her dog, and travel to visit her children and grandchildren.
Karsen Delgado, FNP-C
Karsen Delgado is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is bilingual in English and Spanish. She obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree from Davis Applied Technology College, and her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at Weber State University. She served a full time LDS mission to Ecuador, providing nursing services there prior to obtaining her Master’s of Science degree at Brigham Young University. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of UNP. Her professional experience includes three years providing medical services to patients at Mountainlands Family Health Center, nine years in her own private practice, and five years of nursing in pediatric and geriatric settings.
Karsen has had a personal experience with postpartum mood changes, and several years later became ill with lyme symptoms, including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, arthritis, and neuropathy. She was led to change her diet and lifestyle and ultimately experienced iraculous healing of body, mind and spirit. She is desirous to share what she has learned in the hopes that it can also help others struggling with chronic illness to fully heal.
Karsen also loves helping women and men balance their hormones, improve sleep and attain the lifestyle to live life to the fullest. She is thrilled to be working as a team with Catherine Kipp!
Diane Young, FNP-C
Diane Young is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), who completed her training at Gonzaga University in Spokane Washington and graduated at the top of her class. With over 20 years in healthcare, she is passionate about preventative health, optimizing wellness and reducing the progression of chronic diseases. Focusing on integrative strategies to manage psychiatric and mental health, thyroid disorders, hormone balancing, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease has been rewarding for her and benefited many patients. Her belief in patient education to facilitate individual empowerment helps patients reach personal health goals and continues to motivate her own continuing education in Functional Medicine. When not working in her capacity as an FNP she loves to spend time with her family, read, travel, dabbling in music with singing, playing the piano and flute, and spending time in the beautiful Utah outdoors participating in hiking, skiing and golf.
